Loss, and its sister Grief, can be hard to bear. It doesn’t matter whether you’ve lost a partner, a spouse, a family member, a friend, a pet, a job… the pain and suffering is very real.

I can help you talk through your pain and slowly walk away from the worst of it, and towards a place where you can finally feel at peace. Of course, the feelings that you have at the beginning of your grief will never leave you, they just get less painful over time. They will very often sneak up on you and a song, a piece of music, a saying, someone’s voice, a smell, a sight, a location can cause you to feel awful all over again.

Trust me when I say that your feelings will eventually subside. Not go away completely, but subside. Enough that you can get on with your life again.
