Substack + WordPress + YouTube + Libsyn + ElevenLabs

Iโm looking for a mid-level Content Operations Contractor to manage publishing and scheduling across an established multi-brand ecosystem.
This is not a writing or creative role. All content is supplied as ready-to-publish packs (text, titles, metadata, images, links) and AI-generated scripts. Your job is distribution, QA, and consistency, plus turning scripts into audio where required.
Contract structure
Two-week paid trial
A paid trial period to confirm fit, speed, and accuracy. If successful, we move to a three-month contract.
Three-month rolling contract
Three-month term, then continues month-to-month by mutual agreement.
Work scope
You will manage publishing and scheduling across the platforms below. Content is supplied, your role is to publish it correctly, on time, with high attention to detail.
Substack (three publications)
- Publish and schedule newsletter posts from supplied packs
- Publish and schedule Substack Notes at scale: 3 Notes/day per publication (9/day total, 63/week)
- Substack Notes must be batched using a scheduling tool from day one
- Maintain consistent tags, links, pinned posts, and publication settings per brand
Websites (WordPress)
Upload and format weekly posts for:
Tasks include:
- Upload and format posts from supplied packs
- Set SEO fields, featured images, alt text, categories/tags as provided
- QA formatting and links, especially mobile display
YouTube (five channels)
- Upload finished videos (provided), schedule, playlist placement
- Apply titles/descriptions/tags provided in the pack
- Basic checks after processing
Podcast production and publishing (ElevenLabs + Libsyn)
This role includes converting supplied scripts into audio, then publishing to Libsyn.
ElevenLabs (audio creation)
- Take supplied scripts and generate MP3 audio in ElevenLabs using agreed voices/settings
- Apply consistent naming conventions and file organisation
- Basic QA: check for obvious pronunciation errors, missing sections, or glitches
- Export final MP3 files for upload
Libsyn (podcast publishing)
- Upload MP3 episodes to Libsyn
- Apply episode titles/descriptions/metadata from supplied packs
- Publish and spot-check distribution
Tracking and reporting
- Maintain a simple tracker: what is scheduled and what is live, per channel
- Weekly check-in message: what shipped, whatโs queued, any issues
What you will not do
- No writing, scripting, video editing, or design work required
- No paid ads, outreach, or partnership work unless separately agreed
Time requirement
- Approximately 14โ20 hours per week, depending on efficiency
- Substack Notes batching via a scheduling tool is required to keep workload manageable

Negotiation
The retainer is negotiable for candidates who can demonstrate strong, relevant experience and high reliability across Substack, WordPress, YouTube Studio, ElevenLabs, and Libsyn. Please include examples of publishing work and confirm your weekly availability.
Scaling rule for podcasts
- Retainer includes up to 3 podcast episodes per week total (including ElevenLabs MP3 generation + Libsyn publishing)
- Additional podcast episodes are paid as an add-on per episode, agreed in advance, to keep workload fair as the catalogue grows
