\u201cIt\u2019s called \u2018The Boundary Challenge\u2019,\u201d Emma read. \u201cIt says we need to set clear boundaries and express our personal needs with our partners.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My stomach did a little flip. \u201cWith Andrew and Jake? That sounds… intense.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Emma nodded, her professional demeanour slipping slightly to reveal her nervousness. \u201cIt does. But I think it\u2019s important. The book says it\u2019s about honouring our own needs while respecting others.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I took a deep breath. \u201cAlright, I\u2019m in. Jake and I could use some real talk.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
