For weeks now, I\u2019ve been locked out of my Amazon KDP account. Every attempt to log in sends me back into the maze of Two-Step Verification codes that I cannot use. I\u2019ve documented it all\u2014emails, screenshots, videos\u2014and published the unfolding story here.<\/h4>\n

At long last, Amazon has acknowledged the scale of the problem. Ethan R., from their Executive Customer Relations team, wrote to me today with words I\u2019ve been waiting to hear:<\/p>\n
