Fees are not inclusive of any external consultants which may need to be purchased for specific elements in any project, which are to be paid by the client upon agreement of the requirement for the additional consultants. No external consultants will be hired without the client\u2019s approval in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Payment terms:<\/strong>&nbsp;A 50 percent deposit is required before work is to commence, with the balance due within 7 days of completion of either the project or of each month, depending on agreed interim payments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Discounts:<\/strong>&nbsp;A ten percent discount can be obtained with a single full-fee payment at or prior to project commencement (note: applicable only to fees of $3,000 or above).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\"><strong>Expenses:&nbsp;<\/strong>Expenses will be billed as actually accrued and are due on presentation of my invoice.
